1,000,000
This is how I would spend my million
dollars. First I would buy a computer so I can get an E–mail address and play fun games on sties like Miniclips,
and Box10. Box10 is a cool game site but there are some games that are bad. On
this site there is the best game in the world. It is called strike force heroes!
I want to play this game so bad because I like games with guns and it has a
good song. Miniclips is an awesome game site because it
has lots of games but there is the best game ever called Commando Rush.
I would also like to get legos ,lots and lots of legos. I would get Lego cars. The Lego cars would look like regular
cars and I would build a Lego city for my Lego cars. I am going to need to buy enough legos to make
a city. The city would have broken trees, huge buildings, and swat team.
The final thing I would get is a
house made
out of metal. It would have a metal door and a voice
lock. The house would be protected with missiles just in case if intruders come.
My metal house would have a robot to protect the inside. The robot’s name would be cooldude406. He would be named that because
he would be cool. He would be cool because he could do tricks with a ak-47 and
with a shotgun Now you
know what I want
1,000,000
This is
what I would do with a million dollars. First, I would drive a tank . I
think that would be cool. I could be in the army like my uncle and papa. Next with my million dollars I would get a car. It would be an amazing, awesome car. I could
get a car of any kind but the one that I would like This is

think that would be cool. I could be in the army like my uncle and papa. Next with my million dollars I would get a car. It would be an amazing, awesome car. I could
get a car of any kind but the one that I would like most is a monster truck.
When
I get older, I could fight with it and win the fight and enter a monster truck
race and be famous. The next thing I would do with my money travel to the
wonderful island of
Hawaii . I could surf in
the high tide. The whether is hotter and no snow falls on the fantastic island of Hawaii . If there is a store I could buy
a drum set so I could have some drum lessons. That would be nice for me. Hopefully they would be selling a shark tooth
necklace. A shark tooth necklace would be hip.
As you can see a million dollars would be gone
in no time.

How I would spend 1,000,000
This is how I would spend 1,0000,000
dollars.
To begin with I would buy
a hunting
spot in central Wyoming. I would hunt elk, moose, and deer then I would take it and cook it for
dinner. Another thing I would do with my million dollars is go live in Hawaii . I would go to the beach and play with sharks and play with my cousin Ean.
Ean and I would try to catch crabs in the ocean and on the beach. That is how I would spend my $1,000,000.

If I had a 1,000,000
If I had $1,000,000[t1] the stuff in this piece of
writing is what would spend it on[t2] . The first thing I would spend my money on is to be
in the army. I know it
sounds weird to say I would spend my money on being in the army but I would
spend my money on a plane ticket. I will make new weapons for them, I already
have the design and it will be called “The KILLER”.
[t3]
I would buy a really tough tank and put the KILLER on it[t4] [t5] [t6] would be indestructible because the
killer is on the tank.[t7] [t8] What
would I do with the tank you ask[t9] ? I will drive it
on city streets .I will help the army and shoot the killer and the place the 1,000 exploseve rockets lands [t10] will be a grave yard. I would shoot a machine gun with the permission of
the army. My signature gun is the m60 machine gun. Once I am[t11] done with my duty I[t12] would buy my tank that I invented and I would bring it home awesome.
The next thing that I would spend it on
is a SMART HOUSE! A smart house is like a slave. A SMART HOUSE
is so AWESOME and it has these keys that you talk into and it does what you say
and it does what you say exactly. It’s like a robot because A SMART HOUSE has
no feelings[t13] . After you buy a smart
house, I can’t explain it just the life! The first thing the house would do for me is pay my bills[t14] for a car
Now you know how
I would spend $1,000,000 on. I
would spend $1,000,000 on much more things but that is all I can fit in this
piece of writing.
[t1]This
is on the wrong side ..Should be $1,000,000
[t2]This
does not make sense
[t3]Get
rid of When...Just have I would buy a really tough
[t4]You
could put the word "It" here but it is boring. How about, This
massive piece of iron would be indestrucatble blah blah
[t5]Insetad
of saying on it say where you will mount the gun. For example.....I would buy a
really tough tank and weld the Killer onto the side of it.
[t6]Need
to finish thought
[t7]period
[t8]Capital
[t9]I
like the idea of a question here. It should sound like this... "What would
I do with a tank you ask?"
[t11]This
is not correct
[t12]You
need something like. Once I finish my duty in the army I would
.................
[t13]For
example...............Tell one thing you would have your house do for you....
[t14]This
paragraph is almost done. Can you change a few of the "Its".. What is
it.. Use the examples in the pervious paragraph to help you...
How I would spend 1,000,000
A Million Dollars
If I had a million dollars I would buy a
lot of stuff. To
begin, [t1] with[t2] my million dollars I would buy a car[t3] . I[t4] n my awesome new car I would go to North Dakota because my family lives there.
I want to build a zoo in North Dakota .
I[t5] will get all my family in my new car and we will look at the sleepy [t6] animals in my new zoo. I will go to chucky cheeses in my new
car because theirplace is so awesome! Who does not love their[t7] heart pumping rides, funny toys[t8] , games and pepperoni PIZZA[t9] ?
Also I will grow a garden[j10] to grow food for friends I can grow food for my family too. I would
grow watermelons, apple
trees and more things. It would
be fun for me to grow a garden because I’ve never have grown a garden. That’s
how I would spend my million dollars! [j11]
By Ben Hanson
[t1]Get
rid of the comma
[t2]To
begin, with my million dollars I would blah blah
[t3]period
[t4]In
my awesome new car I would….
[t5]Can
you tie the car into this. For example….I will get all my family members to get
into my car and we will go party at Chuck y Cheeses restaurant.
[t6]I
cant see all of them. What are some adjectives to tell about the animals. For
example. Friendly, spunky, sleepy, dopey, fierce some
[t7]Add
adjective before rides. Example…heart pumping rides
[t8]Add
adjective before toys.
[t9]Adjective
before pizza?
[j10]This
sentence needs more to it.
[j11]Good
start to a sentence but not a complete thought.
How I would Spend 1,000,000
If I had $1,000,000 I would do two things.
First I would get a cat to catch mice and a dog to protect me. My cat would be named
Spook and my dog named Bear. He would be a sled dog. I will build a dog home. Next I will buy a tree. The tree is going to be by the dog house. The kennel will be in by the
front of my house. I will paint the dog kennel and I will put a
dog bed inside of the dog house. As one can see I will spend my $1,000,000 in
two different ways!
How I Would Spend 1,000,000
Today
I’m going to tell you about three things I’d spend $1,000,000 on. First I’m going
to tell you about a jetpack. I’d spend money on a jet pack so I could fly. Every morning I would strap on my jetpack and go
flying out the Door to school. Next I’m going tell you about an amazing pool[t1] that I someday will build. I’d build a pool so I
could cool off .I would also like t[t2] o just practice swimming and I’d have a pool party everyday[t3] . Last I would like a horse[t4] . My friend Bailey has a horse and I thought if I had one
like her we could ride them and go places[t5] . like
Douglas Creek[t6] . We would go as fast as we can go riding through
the wheat fields. It[t7] [t8] would be lots of fun. Having my own pet would be a blast to. Now you know
what I’d spend $1,000,000
on.
[t1]maybe
instead of a pool.. How about Next I’m going to tell you about the magical pool
I will build.
[t2]Don’t
start a sentence with and
[t3]period
[t4]like
horse? Or like a horse
[t5]Need
a period.
[t6]Period
and It needs to be capitalized. By the way what is It? Riding along the rushing
creek would be lots of fun. Much more interesting then it…
[t8]Instead
of it describe what it is. For example'Riding on our gallant steads we could
explore the rushing, tumbling water of Douglas Creek. See the difference. You
can see it!

Teacher adjusts instruction and provides needed questioning and tools during lesson
While students were working towards discovering various ways to make 25 cents I realized some students needed manipulative to help them solve the problem. Once I provided the needed tools and asked guiding questions students were able to solve the problem. Not all students needed the same tools to solve the problem. Students persisted for nearly 50 minutes to find all the combinations.

What I Would do with a Million Dollars
Wow! Today I’m going to tell you how I
would spend $1,000,000. First[j1] of all, I would
move to the relaxing island
of Hawaii .
The first reason I would move to Hawaii is because I would be able to swim every
day and be able to snorkel! I would work at a hotel in Hawaii and earn a lot of money to buy a dolphin to swim
with me when I snorkel so I would have a buddy to give me company when I see
the sharks. I would name my dolphin Sparky!! Second of all, I
would buy a mansion.[j2] I could
make my room so gigantic that it would be the size of my classroom! I could put
a library in my mansion! Then, I would never need to return a library book ever
again! The shelves would be filled with my favorite chapter books[j3] like dork diaries, and boxcar children[j4] . I could even make a
special spot for my horses,[j5] in the house! Best of all, I would be famous for having the
biggest house in the United States !!
Probably. Now you know how I would spend 1,000,000J
If I had 1,000,000
Today I’m going to tell you
how I would spend 1,000,000 dollars. First of all, I would do gymnastic.
I would do gymnastic because I want to be flexible and do tricks with my body.
Some of the tricks are, Cart wheels, splits, and back flips. I would do front
flips and back flips. I forgot to do a cart wheel a year ago and I wish I can do it again. Second
of all, I would go horse back riding. I would learn how to ride a horse. I
would learn how to make it go fast and not fall off. Now you know how I would
spend 1,000,000 dollars
